NOTE: If you are an existing client of E&SSG, it is possible that you may have some referrals that are directly related to your company (i.e. other locations, etc.) that you may want to have the company credited or paid and others that are personal contacts that you want to be paid for. If this is the case you will simply need to set up two Referring Partner accounts, one for the company and the other for you. Simply fill out and submit two of the above forms. You will also need to make sure that when you fill out your Referral Form that you put the Referring Partner for whom the referral is to be credited.
